Elegant Expectations

Hello!  My name is Jenna Downton, Creator and Operator of Elegant Expectations by Jenna. My Mission is to create better living through quality services and experiences provided by my staff.  Almost everyone I know has always told me that they could use an extra set of hands and that's what I strive to be when someone asks for my services.

I graduated college with a B.S. in the Arts working with children in the classroom and in a social setting as a mobile therapist.  I also spent time cleaning homes for people who can't - whether it be for medical reasons or because of a hectic lifestyle!  Our wide array of services are sure to be a welcome repreive for any family!  Whether you're looking for a one-time cleaning service, a seasonal tutor for your child or a long-term companion - Elegant Expectations by Jenna may just be what you need!

We will always provide clear communication, exquisite services and peace of mind every time! Our staff is required to pass and be able to present documentation of criminal and child abuse background checks.  Anyone who drives for our clients must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a reliable car.  We are also happy to provide any of our clients who wish to have services for their child(ren) a "Meet and Greet" session at NO extra charge prior to scheduling services to ensure that we're a good match.
